Hi, I'm Shyra Krause (shy-RAH krow-zuh). I'm an astrologer based between San Francisco and Mt. Shasta with a background in Communication Studies, Rhetoric, and Philosophy of Religion.
I grew up around astrology. My mom had a deep library on the subject and I was drawn in early. What struck me most was how much more layered it was than the weekly horoscopes you flip past in a magazine. I became a little obsessed. My friends will tell you I spent years badgering them for their exact birth times.
That passion eventually turned into a practice. I offer readings for people who are curious, open-minded, or just going through something and looking for a different lens. I'm not here to convert anyone or tell you to restructure your life around a birth chart. Astrology, to me, is a tool for self-understanding. A pattern worth watching.
